Our culinary six months WASHOKU Program offers you an opportunity to dwell deeper into the unique Japanese food culture. It includes cooking classes in Tokyo as well as field trips to Itoigawa in Niigata prefecture and Uji in Kyoto. The WASHOKU Program starts either from January to June or from July to December and is held in English. Anyone is welcome to participate in the program to learn more about Japanese cuisine. No previous knowledge is required.
